REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At JPM Industries, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, replacements, or cancellations may be requested. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms described below.


1. GENERAL POLICY

All refund, cancellation, and return requests must comply with the terms stated in this Policy. JPM Industries reserves the right to approve, reject, or modify any request based on product condition, eligibility, and supporting evidence.

This Policy applies to all purchases made through:

  • Our website
  • Authorized dealers
  • Marketplace platforms
  • Offline distributors
  • Direct corporate or bulk purchases

2. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 Cancellation by Customer (Before Dispatch)

Customers may request cancellation before the product is shipped. If approved:

  • A full refund will be initiated
  • Refund will be processed within 7 - 10 business days

Cancellations requested after shipment will be treated as Return Requests (see Section 3).

2.2 Cancellation by JPM Industries

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued
  • Billing errors or pricing inaccuracies
  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
  • Incorrect shipping details
  • Unserviceable delivery location

If we cancel your order:

  • You will be notified
  • A full refund will be issued immediately

3. RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Returns or replacements are allowed only under the following conditions:

3.1 Damaged Product Received

If you receive a product that is physically damaged:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide unboxing video and clear images as evidence

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement or
  • Full refund

3.2 Defective Product / Not Working

If the product is defective or malfunctioning on arrival:

  • Report within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide product photos/videos demonstrating the issue

After evaluating the claim:

  • Replacement will be provided or
  • The issue will be resolved by our technical team

3.3 Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive an incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

We will arrange a reverse pickup and issue:

  • Replacement with the correct product or
  • Full refund

3.4 Conditions for Accepting Returns

A return is accepted only if:

  • Product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Includes original box, accessories, manuals, and invoice
  • All tags and labels remain intact

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Product is used or installed
  • Product is tampered with
  • Serial numbers are altered
  • Damages are caused by customer mishandling

4. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Customized products
  • Bulk orders made on request
  • Products with hygiene concerns
  • Items installed or used
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation

5. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are issued using the original payment method:

Online Payments (UPI/Cards/Net Banking):
Refund initiated within 7–10 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refund issued via bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 business days

Refund timeline may vary based on bank processing time.


6. REPLACEMENT PROCESS

If your replacement request is approved:

  • A pickup will be arranged
  • After inspection, a replacement will be dispatched
  • In some cases, immediate replacement may be sent based on availability

If replacement is unavailable:

  • Refund will be issued or
  • Alternative product options will be offered

7. FAILURE TO RECEIVE DELIVERY

If an order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or refusal to accept:

  • Reshipment fees may apply
  • Refund may be issued minus logistics charges

Repeated delivery failures may lead to account restrictions.


8. BULK & CORPORATE ORDERS

Refund and cancellation rules differ for:

  • Corporate orders
  • Customized manufacturing orders
  • Bulk purchases

These orders may not be eligible for return unless defective.


9. FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

JPM Industries reserves the right to reject refund/return requests that appear to be:

  • Fraudulent
  • Abusive
  • Misleading
  • Without proper evidence

Legal action may be taken in cases of attempted fraud.
