1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed through our website or authorized platforms are processed:

  • Within 1–3 business days for in-stock products
  • Delays may occur during holidays, sales events, or peak seasons

Once an order is confirmed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS
  • Orders cannot be modified after they enter the processing stage

If any information is incomplete (address, phone number, etc.), processing may be delayed.


2. SHIPPING TIMELINES

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas / Villages: 7–10 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or operational issues
  • We do not guarantee exact delivery dates
  • Customized or bulk orders may require additional time

3. SHIPPING METHODS

We partner with trusted logistic providers to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

  • Speed post / EMS services
  • Transport agencies for bulk shipments

Shipping method depends on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order size & weight
  • Availability of service providers

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Total order weight
  • Courier partner’s rate card
  • Packaging requirements

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on specific order values.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email
  • You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect in the system

If tracking status shows no movement for over 3 days, contact our customer support.


6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

The courier partner will attempt delivery:

  • Two to three times

After failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Failure to accept delivery may result in:

  • Additional re-delivery charges
  • Cancellation of order
  • Refund minus shipping costs (if applicable)

7. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Upon delivery, you are advised to:

  • Inspect the package for physical damage
  • Verify the product and quantity
  • Record an unboxing video (recommended for claim support)

If the package is damaged:

  • Reject delivery or
  • Accept and report damage within 48 hours with photos/videos

Claims without evidence may not be accepted.


8. WRONG ADDRESS / UNDELIVERABLE ORDER

An order may be marked undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing landmark
  • Customer unavailable
  • Wrong phone number
  • Refusal to accept the package

In such cases:

  • A re-delivery attempt may be arranged

12. DELIVERY COMPLETION

  • The package is handed over to the recipient or authorized person

Once marked delivered:

  • JPM Industries is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement
  • Customers must coordinate with the courier for resolution
